On Friday 23rd December, Sandal RUFC will once again be proud to host the Sweet Caroline Cup in memory of their former Director of Rugby Darren Reynolds. The Cup, which pits Josh’s XV vs Ben’s XV, features two teams led by Darren’s sons, and includes a host of Sandal RUFC senior players, returning players and many players who were mentored by Darren, alongside a Roundhegians RUFC Guest Team. The gates open from 5:30pm, with donations on entry all going to Wakefield Hospice, with the bar also open from 5:30pm and food available to purchase throughout the evening. The match itself kicks off at 7:30pm, the perfect start to the Christmas weekend ahead. All welcome, no booking necessary.
