ONLINE ENTRIES WILL CLOSE AT NOON ON THURSDAY 27TH MARCH.
INFORMATION FOR ENTRANTS REGARdING RACE PACKS:
· If you entered before 9am on Monday 16th March – your pack will have been sent to you in the post. If you have not received this please email Danielle.email@example.com and we will organise a new pack for you.
· If you entered after 9am on Monday 16th March your race number and timing chip will be available for collection from our registration desk in Clarence Park Arena. You will need to read FINAL DETAILS for full information. (please attached
Join us on Sunday 29th
March 2015 our 20th annual 10K and help us celebrate Wakefield Hospice 25th Anniversary supporting patients and their families in Wakefield.
The 10K is a popular straight out and back road route. Starting in Thornes Park this popular event had more than 1,400 entrants last year joining us to RUN for FUNds. This year we are hoping to have more entrants than ever so please do join us for this very special event for Wakefield Hospice.
Entry is £16 and you receive a £2 discount if you have a UK Athletics Membership. This includes; running number and timing chip and finishers t-shirt. This year we will also have a special commutative medal to mark our 25th
Anniversary since the opening of Wakefield Hospice.
We are delighted to welcome wheelchair racers to this event.
We offer prizes to the fastest 5 men and women, with 7 other veteran categories. We have a total prize list of £900.

Everyone can RUN for FUNds – Mini Run 2015
Our Mini Run is 1K within Thornes Park and this is £4 for children and £6 for adults or £17.50 for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children). This is perfect for kids of all ages wanting to experience a professional race for the first time. The race starts on the road and runs into the park. This is open to all ages and abilities but under 11s must run with a responsible adult.
The mini run starts at 10.15am
Prizes are given to the fastest 3 girls and boys.
Teams of 4 or more runners can register as a team, if pledging to raise £50 each entry is free. For information about Team Entries, please click here
