Wakefield Hospice Fundraising has a dedicated team of staff and volunteers who are happy to offer you practical help with your fundraising. We are extremely grateful to anyone who raises funds to help us.
Once your event has been registered, we will issue you with a fundraising pack, which includes:
- Risk Assessment Template
- Income/Expenditure summary sheet
- Poster Templates
- Event Checklist
- A - Z of Fundraising Ideas
- Raffle Policy
- Gift Aid Leaflets
- Hospice Information Leaflets
Should you require anything else, please do not hesitate to ask and we will be happy to try and accommodate your request.
We can produce posters, fliers and, if required, tickets for your event.
We are also happy to offer advice on publicising your event with the local newspapers and radio, both before and afterwards.
After the event we are happy to help you organise a cheque presentation if you feel this will give provide added publicity.
Do please take the time to look at the risk assessment section as it is extremely important to ensure that everyone who attends your event is safe and that any risks are minimised.
If you would like a representative from Wakefield Hospice to attend your event, please give us as much notice as you can. We try our best to be present whenever we can, but it is not always feasible due to other commitments.
