Starting and finishing at Pugneys Country Park, Asdale Road, Wakefield at 10.00am. The route will take you on a scenic one lap course within Pugneys and visiting the 12th Century Sandal Castle. 95% of the course is off-road. T-shirts will be available for all 10K finishers.
The minimum age for entering the 10K is 16 (on the day of the race)

FUN RUNs FOR LIFE
In addition the 10K, there will be a 2.5km run, open to all ages. Starting at 11.30am, all finishers will receive a medal.
