  • meets the needs of bereaved individuals in the provision of a range of bereavement services.
  • has a robust managerial approach to the support of staff and volunteers in the delivery of the service.
  • supports the continued professional development of all staff and contributes locally to specialist palliative and end of life care education programmes through participation in, or delivery of, specialist training and education.
