  • Opportunity to discuss relationship issues

This is just some of the feedback we have had from a previous group:

"The programme helped me to understand and to a point come to terms with many underlying feelings, fears and worries"

"The programme made me feel less isolated and more aware that what I was feeling was all part if the journey."

"Really appreciated the physical assessment throughout by the physio on the programme."

"My overall experience has been very positive. I would recommend this programme to anyone in this situation."
