Regular planned donations provide Wakefield Hospice with a sustainable, reliable and long term income which helps us to plan how to allocate our resources more efficiently, allowing us a more cost effective development of the services we offer.

You only have to fill in the form once and the effects will last for a long time to come. Just fill in the form overleaf to give us permission for a regular donation to come out of your bank account until you decide otherwise.
4. The administration costs are low
Giving a regular automated payment through your bank saves Wakefield Hospice money by cutting our administration costs and saving time and paperwork. Every penny saved this way means more of your money can go directly to patient care where it is needed most.
5. Tax relief means your donation is worth
more, without any extra cost to you Wakefield Hospice can increase the value of your donation by reclaiming the basic rate of tax on your gift. If you are a UK taxpayer we need your permission to claim Gift Aid which will increase your donation by
25p for ever £1 donated at no additional cost to you. For donations between 6 April 2008 and 5 April 2011 Wakefield Hospice will also get a separate government supplement of 3p on every pound you give.
