To mark the launch of this new fundraising initiative, Wakefield Hospice has put a team together. The team stem from various departments throughout the hospice including the in-patient ward, physiotherapy, fundraising, education and volunteers. You can sponsor them online now by clicking here!
WHITEWATER RAFTING FOR FREE!
By undertaking to raise a minimum sponsorship level you or your white water rafting team can make a sizeable donation to charity whilst receiving your training and whitewater rafting experience for FREE. The sponsorship level is set at £1000 for a whole team of up to 8 people, that is just £125 per person and of course you are allowed to raise more!
From the minimum sponsorship raised by a team Wakefield Hospice will receive an average donation of £600!
PAYMENT SYSTEMS
All payments must go through our event agent, Skyline who with their simple two step sponsorship scheme have made your FREE charity rafting adventure easy!
You will be asked to reserve your place with a booking deposit that covers the cost of your whitewater rafting experience which is usually around £400 (that's less than £60 each!).
The remainder of your sponsorship money will not be due until four weeks after the date of your rafting experience giving you a whole month to collect all your sponsorship money.
Remember as long as your team raises the £1000 minimum team sponsorship level you are entitled to reclaim the entire cost of the rafting and thus receive your exhilarating rafting experience for FREE!
