How do I raise funds for Wakefield Hospice?
Once you register for this event we will send you a Welcome Pack which contains fundraising tips to help you raise as much money as you can. If you are unable to raise funds why not make a donation or hold a sweep stake on your finish time. Anything you can raise makes a massive difference to Wakefield Hospice - each hour of care costs just £25 so you can see how raising just a little can make a huge difference to a patient and their family who are living with an end of life diagnosis.
If you would like a paper sponsorship form please email or call 01924 331401 and we will be happy to post you a copy.

Can I raise money for another charity?
Wakefield 10k is organised by and for Wakefield Hospice. This is an expensive event to run and these costs are covered by Wakefield Hospice and our sponsors Beaumont Legal, Arnold Clark and PAB Studios. For this reason we ask that you do not raise funds for another charity.
Can I volunteer?
Wakefield 10k would not happen without the invaluable support of our dedicated team of hospice volunteers. We would love your help at our event and at all our hospice events. To find out more about volunteering at Wakefield Hospice please click here
