Donate in memory

The Hospice Gradens

'Wakefield Hospice means a lot to me, for the care that was given to Dad and all my family. It's a charity that Dad would have wanted us to support. We hope this will help you to continue the superb work.

Thank you for supporting Wakefield Hospice in memory of your loved one

A donation in memory of someone special is always warmly appreciated, and each gift will help us continue our work supporting seriously ill people and their families.

Giving in memory of a loved one is a positive way to celebrate their life, and every donation will help us provide free, high quality care to those who need our support.

You may want to commemorate a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion in memory a loved one, or simply to support Wakefield Hospice in their honour.

When we receive your donation in memory of a loved one, their name will be entered into our memorial book which is on display in our chapel.
