Jackie's leaf

It's a lovely spot to contemplate what Jackie meant to me.

Jackie Fowler’s friends and family have dedicated a leaf on the January branch of the Tree of Life in her memory.

'Jackie loved the idea of the Tree of Life. I took up the offer of bereavement counselling provided by the hospice, and after a session I always visit the Tree. It's a lovely spot to contemplate what Jackie meant to me, and how the hospice is helping me along the road to recovery after the loss of my best mate.' Jackie’s friend, Morag

'The Tree of Life acts not just as a sculpture for the grounds but as a metaphor, a visual reminder of those who are gone but meant so much to us.' Jackie's son, Cris

'I would just like to thank the hospice and staff for taking good care and making my mum's last days as comfortable as possible.' Jackie’s son, Tom

'They put more in than they had to, thank you.'
Jackie’s son, Rob
