Please note that the hospice is using Eventbrite to manage warehouse donation and collection bookings. Eventbrite is a third-party Cloud service. To book a time slot you will need to provide your name, email address, phone number and car registration, and you will have to register with the Eventbrite service as a personal consumer.

Eventbrite will ask you to create an account with them using at least your first name, last name and your email address. Please ensure you read and understand their privacy policy. Please also note that Eventbrite is a company registered in the United States, and the data you provide to them is most likely to be kept in the servers outside the EU. The information we require from the Eventbrite system is minimal and is solely used in order to facilitate your donation drop off or collection. The Eventbrite system is widely used across the world to host millions of events each year. We are looking at alternative systems for use in the longer term but this may take some time to develop.
