We are recruiting for a Donation Centre Manager to join our Retail Team. You will lead the operation at the heart of our retail activity, ensuring donations are effectively processed, valued, and distributed to maximise their potential.

Duties will include:
  • Operational Oversight
  • Stock Flow & Income Generation
  • People & Team Management
  • Transport & Logistics
  • Compliance & Governance 
  • Reporting & Communication

The role will focus on generating income that supports Wakefield Hospice care, you will combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, you will manage people, processes, and stock flow to drive performance across shops, eBay, and other income streams.
