Tiers:
Tier 1 - Foundation Level
For all staff working in health and social care

Tier 2 - Intermediate Level
For staff with regular patient/family contact and who may experience challenging conversations

Tier 3 - Advanced Level
For experienced professionals regularly leading emotionally charged or complex conversations

Bespoke Training Options

We offer tailored communication skills programmes designed specifically for your organisation’s needs.

All training is delivered by facilitators who are both Connected and Maguire trained, each with over 25 years’ palliative and end‑of‑life care experience.
