1) Download and print your sweepstake pack
2) Decide your entry fee (for example £2 or £5 per team)
3) Agree your prize structure
4) Cut out the team flags and place them into a hat or bowl
5) Players pay and draw their country at random
6) Use the organiser sheet to track who has each team
7) Follow the tournament and celebrate the winner on Sunday 19 July!

Ensure all teams are sold before the tournament begins on Thursday 11 June.

You can make your sweepstake work however suits your group best. Here are a couple of popular options:

- Cash Prize Option:
Winner receives 50% of the takings, with the remaining 50% donated to Wakefield Hospice) or
Winner receives 40%, runner-up receives 10%, with the remaining 50% donated to the hospice

- Donated Prize Option
Could your workplace or organisation donate a prize so that 100% of the proceeds go directly to Wakefield Hospice (e.g. extra day annual leave, gift vouchers, match tickets?)
