We are recruiting a patient and caring individual to join our team as a Hospitality Volunteer on our In-Patient Unit
As part of your role, your tasks may include:
- Making ready patient meal trays, returning dirty dishes to the kitchen and clearing rooms after meals
- Serving meals and other refreshments to patients. Feeding patients if requested to do so by nursing staff and if trained
- Talking to and listening to patients and visitors when appropriate. Facilitating activities such as watching tv, listening to music, playing games, doing jigsaws etc
- Restocking bathrooms with wipes, gloves etc
- Restocking ward kitchen
