Welcome to the 10K a Day in May challenge! 

If you're not familiar with the event then here's how it works... You decide whether you want to challenge yourself to walk, run or cycle 10K every day in May or complete as many 10K walks, runs or cycles as you can within the month.

Now all that's left to do is join the Facebook group. When you have joined, the next steps are to request your shirt, set up your fundraiser and then... You'll be ready to start your challenge from Monday 1st May!
