We collect items from the ground floor only and require items to be in a saleable condition. Furniture should be relatively clean, without major sun damage and no broken pieces. Soft furnishings must have correct fire labels attached. Our drivers have the right to refuse an item if they do not believe it can be sold in our shops.


We cannot accept the following items:

 
  • Soft furnishings without fire label
  • Corner units
  • Large wall units
  • Glass TV stands
  • Glass coffee tables
  • Dining tables without chairs
  • Chairs without tables
  • Divan beds
  • Matresses
  • Headboards
  • CD Towers
  • Cots and travel cots
  • Pushchairs
  • Blinds
  • Gardening tools (not including electrical equipment)

Collections in the morning will made between the hours of 9.30am and 12pm and collections in the afternoon will be made between the hours of 12.30pm and 3.00pm.
